Scientific Affairs – Research Assistant (Full-time on-site position)
Reports to: Director of Scientific Affairs
DRIVE Medical Consulting & Communications, a member of the FORCE Communications group, specializes in consulting and partnering with pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations in the development and distribution of strategic marketing and promotional programs to healthcare professionals across a spectrum of clinical areas. Our corporate headquarters is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Primary responsibilities:
- Support the Scientific Affairs staff in the creation of content:
- Perform literature searches
- Create PowerPoint slides
- Check references
- Incorporate changes from reviews
- Create reference packs

Requirements:
- Strong time-management, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfort with interacting with nationally recognized healthcare professionals
|
Education and/or experience:
- Degree in science
- Experience with or understanding of research
- Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory guidelines a plus
